TicketRoster

Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2026

Plain-English Summary: This summary is provided for convenience only and is not legally binding. The full terms below govern your use of TicketRoster.

The Short Version

  • We are a ticket organizer, not a ticket seller. We help you track, manage, and organize your season tickets. We never touch, hold, transfer, or sell tickets ourselves.
  • You own your data. Your ticket info, guest lists, and financial records belong to you. You can export or delete them anytime.
  • You are responsible for your public pages. If you publish an "available games" or "for sale" page, you are responsible for the accuracy of what is on it. We do not verify ticket listings.
  • You are responsible for who you email. Our email feature lets you send messages to your guests through our system. You need to have their permission first. Do not spam people.
  • AI features are helpful, not perfect. Venue guides and content suggestions are generated by AI. They might have errors. Double-check anything important.
  • We use Stripe for payments. We never see or store your credit card number. Stripe handles all of that.
  • We encrypt sensitive guest data. Guest names, emails, and phone numbers are encrypted in our database.
  • We do not sell your data. Ever. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
  • You can cancel anytime. Your subscription runs through the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
  • Referral credits have no cash value. They apply to future billing only and expire after 12 months.
  • We limit our liability. If something goes wrong with a ticket deal between you and someone else, that is between you two. We are the organizer, not the middleman. Our maximum liability to you is capped at what you have paid us in the last 12 months.
  • Ontario law governs. We are based in Toronto. Disputes go through Ontario courts.
  • You must be 18+ to use the service. The Service is not for anyone under 16.
  • We will tell you about changes. If we update our Terms or Privacy Policy in a meaningful way, we will email you at least 15-30 days before changes take effect.
