TicketRoster is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our ticket management service.

Account Information

• Name and email address when you sign in with Google
• Billing information processed through Stripe (we never store card numbers)

Ticket and Guest Data

• Season ticket information (section, row, seats)
• Guest names, email addresses, and company information
• Ticket assignment history and status
• Financial records (sale prices, cost basis)

Usage Data

• Pages visited and features used
• Device and browser information
• IP address (for security and rate limiting)

• To provide and operate the TicketRoster service
• To send emails to your guests on your behalf
• To generate venue guides and AI-powered content
• To process billing through Stripe
• To prevent abuse and maintain security
• To communicate service updates and changes

• Guest personal information (names, emails, phone numbers) is encrypted at rest in our database
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS
• Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
• Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• We maintain audit logs of data access

We do not sell your data. Ever.

We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Resend — for sending emails on your behalf
• Cloudflare — for hosting and infrastructure
• Apollo.io — for contact enrichment (only if you enable this feature)

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

• Access: You can view all your data within the TicketRoster dashboard
• Export: You can export your data at any time
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Correction: You can update your information at any time through the app

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records for tax compliance).

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage for theme preferences and UI state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

TicketRoster is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy at least 30 days before they take effect, via email and/or a notice in the app.
